A family-owned, small disadvantaged business located in rural Mountainair, NM P&M Signs, Inc. has been manufacturing signs for federal, state, municipal, and county governments, private businesses, and individuals since 1992.

The company currently employs 17 full-time craftspeople , with a combined experience of more than 75 years creating high quality signs in three manufacturing facilities.

CEO Phil T. Archuletta has over 30 years experience in sign manufacturing and production, including 15 years working with the Missoula Equipment Development Center on a durability study for signs while serving as secretary-treasurer for Ojo Caliente Craftsmen in Northern New Mexico.
